HOW A CALCULATOR FUNDRAISER WORKS:

1) Select one or more calculator(s) and one flash drive for your fundraiser.
2) Edit the provided student order forms to include your organization information, deadline date, and pricing. All items in red should be edited to reflect your unique situation.
3) Distribute the order forms to students and parents in paper or electronic format.
4) Collect the order forms and payments from students or parents.
5) Consolidate the orders, fill out the Consolidated Order Form and submit to Victor with your payment.
6) Victor will ship the product within 3 business days or 5 days prior to your target date.
7) Note: Minimum quantity of 10 required per product.

The Victor Calculator and Flash Drive fundraiser is an easy way for your organization to raise funds while helping students and parents. Victor offers two scientific calculators that function comparably to popular Texas Instruments models and one calculator that functions comparably to a popular Casio scientific calculator. Victor's flash drive is compatible with any personal computer or Apple computer. Victor has been in business since 1918. All Victor products have a two year warranty.

FUNDRAISING SUGGESTIONS:

- For simplicity, choose only one scientific calculator to sell.
- Review the scientific calculator choices with the head of the math department and ask her which calculator is the best fit for your school. Use the included Scientific Comparison form.
- Edit the student order forms as you see fit. Make sure to include deadline and delivery dates.
- Include Delivery/Pickup information on the order forms … as a reminder to students and parents.
- Insert the order forms into the students' welcome packet.
- Buy a few extra products for the school store or late orders.
- Consolidate orders to reach the $300 minimum for free freight.
- Use the Order Log to keep track of your orders
