In our “New Normal” world of social distancing, we need to take our school fundraisers ONLINE! We know that schools need to fundraiser and it’s hard to do without face to face contact, especially the favorite, no money up-front, order-taker brochures. But, don’t be discouraged. When things change, we can always adapt.
ABC Fundraising® has taken fundraising online by providing Web Stores for selling.
ABC Fundraising® has developed web stores for selling products featured in order-taker brochures, and others. As a representative, I can offer these to your school, team, church, or group. It’s easy! Just request your favorite fundraiser that offers a web store. If it’s an order-taker, you can also receive the usual print brochure plus a .PDF version for sharing by email or social media. In addition, they will set up a Web Store that features the products in the brochure. How cool is that?
Students Can Keep Social Distancing With an Online Fundraiser
Each Web Store will have a personalized link for your fundraiser. Students simply send that Web Store link via email or text to friends and family. They (and their parents) can also share the link on social media.
Supporters can then make their purchases and payments online. So much easier for everyone. You will be able to track your sales online, including who bought what and from which student. Just imagine…NO TALLY SHEETS! The Web Store does everything for you. No taking payments or keeping up with brochures.
All products ordered online will be delivered (FREE) to your school for delivery by students. This can be done and also practice social distancing.

How To Get Started:
SELECT a fundraiser that features a Web Store.
REQUEST to START this fundraiser by contacting me, your ABC Fundraising Representative (email@example.com)
PAY the Set-Up Fee of $25. This is for the Web Store set-up. This is a one time fee – you can then do other fundraisers with a Web Store without a fee.
After your Web Store is set up…
START your fundraiser and run it for 2-3 weeks.
SELL products by sharing your unique link to your Web Store via email, text, and social media. (Hint: We’ve found that TEXTING the link to supporters works best.)
PROFIT made from the Web Store will be mailed to you.
FREE DELIVERY (with minimum order) for all products sold through Web Store will be to your group per time line of specific fundraiser.
DISTRIBUTE products to students to deliver to their customers. Have a plan in place to assure social distancing while delivering. You will receive print-out from Web Store for items sold per student with customer information.

The custom discount card fundraiser also includes a Web Store. Just send in your school or team logo and Merchant Wish List for the coupons on the back. You can sell these custom discount cards online from your personal Web Store.
